IT ISSUES

Monday 22nd July

Dear Patients

Following the global issues that affected the practice IT systems last Friday and Saturday National Teams and the practice are working hard to restore services.  Please be aware there will be a back-log we need to work through meaning there may be some delay.

Econsults are currently disabled as directed by the Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board (ICB) to allow practices to work through the backlog.  These will be enabled again on Wednesday 24th July, 8am to 12pm.

For emergency care please use 111 online https://111.nhs.uk/ or visit the nearest urgent care centre or contact emergency services

For minor illness check with your local pharmacy https://www.nhs.uk/servicepsearch/pharmacy/find-a-pharmacy

If you need to speak to us please call our reception teams during normal surgery hours – Monday to Friday 08.00 to 18.30.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.   We will keep you informed via updates on our website.
