MAJOR IT ISSUE

IMPORTANT NOTICE – FRIDAY 19TH JULY 2024

Dear Patients

The practice is currently affected by a global issue affecting IT systems including medical systems.  Our system providers are working with the relevant parties to restore service as as a priority. We have no access to medical records or appointment systems and this interruption may cause delays in providing care.   Our phones lines are available and our reception teams will try to assist as best they can with the limited access we have

  • Appointments:  We are unable to book, reschedule or access details of appointments
  • Medical Records:  Access to this is unavailable
  • Prescription:  There will be a delay in processing repeat and new medication requests

IT ISSUES

Monday 22nd July

Dear Patients

Following the global issues that affected the practice IT systems last Friday and Saturday National Teams and the practice are working hard to restore services.  Please be aware there will be a back-log we need to work through meaning there may be some delay.

Econsults are currently disabled as directed by the Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board (ICB) to allow practices to work through the backlog.  These will be enabled again on Wednesday 24th July, 8am to 12pm.
