Calling to book a GP appointment over the phone is not the only option. Patient’s are able to book appointments online, please speak to reception next time you are at the practice and ask to register for our online services. We will require two forms of ID to verify your identity; photo ID and proof of address.
The online services, Patient Access, has access to the same GP appointments that our reception team offer if you ring the practice.
We currently are only able to offer this service to over 16 due to confidentiality reasons.
Nurse appointments are not available online due to the complexities of needing different times for different procedures.
Other features of online services are being able to order repeat medication online, seeing when your medication has been issued and viewing your medical record.
If you currently are registered for patient access but do not have all the features and wish to now include these please speak to reception to have your settings amended.
