Hawkinge Health Centre

Welcome to the practice

The practice works from two centres, in Hawkinge and Elham. We cover the villages and surrounding area. We have special interests in family planning, minor surgery, diabetes, respiratory, heart disease and much more.

We are very fortunate to have excellent staff who are all friendly, efficient and helpful and create a caring framework within which we work and see our patients.

We have well-equipped, fully computerised surgeries and are registered under the Data Protection Act.

Choose and Book - The Practice participates in Choose and Book so patients who are referred to a consultant may be able to book at the time of their consultation or you will be given bookings details which will enable you to book from home, by email or telephone.

GP Contract Requirement

All patients registering with the practice will be assigned a named GP who will be responsible for overseeing their care. Patients can, however, choose to see any GP or Nurse in the practice in line with current arrangements.
