If you are pregnant and intend to continue with the pregnancy and you have no concerns please contact reception at the surgery. You will be given a booking form to complete.  This will be given to the Midwife who will contact you directly to arrange your first ante-natal appointment. 

Ante-natal follow-up clinics are held at The Elham Surgery and The Hawkinge Community Centre.

If you are undecided about whether to continue with the pregnancy, there are people you can talk to to help you make your choice, but ultimately the choice is yours.  You are welcome to make an appointment with a doctor or nurse to discuss your options.
