PATIENT SURVEYS

We regularly undertake Patient Surveys and ask our Virtual Patient Panel via e-mail, for their opinions on a variety of topics concerning their experience of the practice. This feedback helps us to identify what we are doing well and gives patients the opportunity to give some suggestions to help us improve our service.

Smoking Status

In order to have your complete medical record we need to know whether or not you smoke. Please advise us of this when you next attend the surgery.
