Patients receiving regular medication will receive a computerised request of their prescriptions. To order repeat medication this slip needs to be returned to the surgery up to a week before their next prescription is due. Alternatively a request can be made using the online service Patient Access. Any repeat prescription request will be processed within 3 working days. This can either be sent to a nominated pharmacy, collected from either surgery, or if you enclose a stamped address envelope the prescription will be posted back to you. Due to patient safety we do not accept prescription requests over the telephone.
